Masoncast are based in Salisbury, Wiltshire and we have many years of experience in the design and construction of bespoke stone and concrete products. Our projects have taken us across the UK, working on some of the country’s finest buildings, including The Houses of Parliament, Windsor Castle and The Albert Memorial. We have also produced bespoke stonework for buildings across the UK including Wimbledon High Street and for private houses, such as Rockwood House.

Cast Stone
We have been producing cast stone to match natural stone for over 35 years. We take great pride in producing a cast stone product which is very close to natural Bath and Portland stone, we can of course match other stones as required. Over the years we have supplied many projects from restoration of listed buildings to new build country homes. We have completed both commercial and retail bespoke projects, including sculptures, water features, public seating and street furniture.
Decorative Concrete
In addition to casting in semi-dry stone we also manufacture decorative bespoke concrete products. We have produced many different, work and counter tops, seating and signage. For our semi-dry stone mix we use differing sands, crushed limestone and cement, we also add an integral water-proofer. Each piece is hand cast and finished. Once ready for demoulding, they are stripped and cured before being checked, packed and delivered.
Moulds
We use timber, silicone and grp moulds. We produce moulds from drawings, from site visits, where we take full details of dimensions and profiles. We can restore existing stone prior to taking moulds. We can provide cad drawings for approval prior to manufacture. Drawings can then be used for construction.
