We supplied all the stone for the portico for the remodelled front entrance.
The columns clad structural steel uprights, the frieze course is mechanically fixed to a steel ring beam which is bolted to the four uprights.
The cornice and blocking course are then set upon mortar.
Lead flashing for the flat roof has been placed between the cornice and blocking course.
Paving was also manufactured to match.
During the remodelling of the main house a new door and window surround was required.
We visited site and took dimensions and sizes from an existing surround.
We then produced moulds and manufactured the stone sections.
The window cills, window jambs and mullions and the window and door heads are all produced to good masonry practice.
The rear terrace is built over an underground car park and gym.
We manufactured all the under plinths, the base and top rails, all the balusters and all the piers. Including the radius work.
There are over 300 balusters. In addition to the stone for the existing house we also supplied saddle back copings for the large extension.
